Shipping Information - UK Shipping ONLY

All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail - via either their 48hr or 24hr tracked service.

Please note that although 48hr and 24hr tracked deliveries are assumed to be within those time frames, Royal Mail do not guarantee this and state that they only 'aim' to be within those times stated.

Also, please remember that ALL times for delivery are AFTER dispatch, with current processing turnaround times shown, at the top of all pages within the important information banner.

With regards to Royal Mail - they do not include Sundays or Bank Holidays within their business days for delivery.

Please note, that on occasion items can also be delayed or go missing - according to Royal Mail and their official guidelines, parcels are not classed as lost/missing until 10 business days have passed, from its original due date.
